How the University of Texas increased ticket sales and decreased sales expenses during a period of on-field struggles
In 2017, the University of Texas (Texas) was facing a downward trend in ticket sales, experiencing a rare stretch of poor on-field performance and a massive reduction in ticket sales staff. Texas Athletics’ external services leadership team sought a solution that would overcome the multiple challenges they were experiencing – and be relevant in better times as well.
