Despite dramatic challenges, the Ottawa Redblacks significantly boost ticket sales
Every business felt the far-reaching effects of the global COVID-19 pandemic. Many of these impacts lingered far past the inception of the pandemic in 2019. Among the most impacts for sport teams were: schedules, venue capacity, attendance, and front office staffing. As a result, teams all over the world were left to figure out what to do with their budgets following a significant drop in revenues. The Ottawa Redblacks decided they needed to attack the problem head on by maximizing the effectiveness of their sales team.
